In this unique, immersive workshop, we’ll explore the emotional power of sound—how certain audio cues can awaken powerful memories, both uplifting and difficult. Through a guided sound journey, you’ll be invited to journal your emotional responses and memories linked to each sound, gently reflecting on the stories they evoke.

Then, we’ll flip the script—selecting the sound that brought the most joy, grounding it in fully, and using it as inspiration to create a personal piece of artwork. This isn’t just an art project—it’s an emotional anchor, a tangible reminder of joy you can return to again and again.
