Fitness on the Rink: Cardio Fusion
This class fuses Pilates, yoga, barre and cardio interval training. It’s a full body workout designed to sculpt and strengthen, while working on balance, mobility and flexibility. It’s a high energy, low impact workout that will make you sweat.
Erika Ruiterman Bio:
I moved to the valley in 2009 from California to pursue my passion for outdoor sports and the mountain life. I grew up with a love for the outdoors, sports and performance arts. These passions drew me to the fitness world, where I fell in love with health and wellness. I became a certified group instructor in 2017 to share this new passion with others. I have taught a variety or classes including HIIT, Strength, Endurance, Pilates, Yoga, Barre and a combo of all of it together. I am now a Holistic Hormone Consultant where I use fitness and nutrition as tools to stabilize and balance hormones. I’m AAAI/ISMA Certified in Primary Group Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, VIIT and Women’s Holistic Hormone Consulting.
