ACES Wild Perspectives: More Than a Canal – Wildlife in Panama with Liz Bokram & Mark Fuller

January 30 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Register here for January 30

About the Presentation

In August and September of 2023, Mark and Liz traveled with a group of birders to explore the rich habitats of Panama. While famous for the Panama Canal, the country is also home to more bird species than the United States and Canada combined. A trip of over two weeks to some of the country’s top birding destinations yielded a host of unforgettable sightings and beautiful photos.

About the Speaker

Mark Fuller is a long-time resident of the Roaring Fork Valley, Conservation Chair of Roaring Fork Audubon, and a lifetime birder. He is the photographer for the best-selling local guide book, “Birds of Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley”. Liz Bokram is a long-time Aspen local and member of ACES’ Bird Club, and enjoys birding at Hallam Lake and beyond.
