Improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance with Core Barre — a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on small movements inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Class playlists are curated to keep you moving and motivated!
Trainer Bio:
Mellie Test has been fascinated with movement her entire life. She grew up as a competitive dancer, then added weight lifting, competitive women’s rugby, and group fitness to her skillset. She obtained her first group fitness cert during her sophomore year of college at UVA, and has been working in the fitness realm off and on ever since! Mellie has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a specialty in Performance Enhancement.
