Trainer Bio:
Lisa O’Neil is Licensed Practical Nurse from Connecticut who moved here 8 years ago. After having my twins which were 7lbs,13 oz each in my 20s, I had a lot of weight to lose. Two years later, I had my third child and struggled to get the weight off. After starting weight watchers, I finally started to get a hold of my diet and added exercise to my daily routine. After about 3 years of ups and downs I finally lost 130 lbs and started feeling good in my skin. I wanted to continue my fitness journey, as to be an example to my children and to become my best self.
After my kids were grown I got my certification in nursing as an LPN which also inspired me further into the fitness world. At 52 I decided to get certified as a personal trainer with ISSA, a comprehensive course in strength and conditioning. My goal is to offer safe progressive Fitness training programs that will meet my client’s goals and needs in an effort to assist and empower them in becoming their best selves.
