Join us select summer Saturdays and Sundays for Free Fitness on the Rink in partnership with TAC Fitness.

Fitness on the Rink: Bootcamp

A total body athletic training session utilizing a mini band and athletic cardio drills! This effective circuit style workout made up of one minute exercise sets will leave you energized and toned! This is a class for everyone, whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete, BBB offers scalability to meet your needs. See you on your mat!

Trainer Bio’s:

Kate Lokken is a Personal Trainer and the Performance Center Director at TAC Fitness.  She is also an Expert Trainer with GolfForever, contributing content to the popular digital Golf Fitness app.  Her training philosophy is to improve performance in everyone, no matter the fitness level.

Danielle Pellicano is the founder of TAC Performance Center. She is a full time strength and conditioning coach who travels between Minneapolis and Snowmass offering creative full body strength and conditioning workouts.
