Can a good laugh really help heal the mind and body? In this enlightening and entertaining panel, we bring together a unique mix of voices—a comedian, a counselor, a doctor, and a mental health expert—to explore the intersection of humor and healing. Together, they’ll dive into the science behind laughter’s effects on the brain and body, how comedy can break down stigma around mental health, and why sometimes the best therapy might just come with a punchline.
Expect thoughtful conversation, real insights, and, of course, a few laughs. Whether you’re a comedy fan, mental health advocate, or just curious about the deeper impact of humor, this session will leave you smiling—and thinking.
